South Central District 7 Fall Fire School was held in Parkston on Sept. 12. Classes included Small Departments Matter and Firefighters and EMTs Working Together for a Common Goal.
The SD Firefighters Assn. Board decided that since the annual fire school for June was cancelled, they wanted to hold a fall conference. It was held Sept.
Well I will be right up front. It is that time of year when I will be sending out the annual membership dues notice to your department. Membership dues for 2021 has begun.
You will see in the paper this month, a foldout of the Lavender Ribbon Report prevention measures and the 16 Firefighter Life Safety Initiatives.
